Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGING PRODUCTS

In addition to your legal rights and right to change your mind described in Terms & Condition Clause 7, we operate an exchange policy for our customers regarding delivered items. The conditions of this exchange policy are set out in this Clause 7 below.

CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN POSTAGE FEES IN CASE OF RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF THE PRODUCTS, except the cases when product is defective or wrong items received.

Also, customer is advised to retain the proof of return postage until you get refund from us. Seller can not be reliable for any lost return parcels and parcels sent back to us without the tracking is at customer risk.

We only offer a full refund once items received and no exchange policy of an items are offered. In case of the exchange request, the full item refund is offered as soon as the item is received. A new item can be ordered by the customer after the refund receipt.

Within 30 days after the delivery date (or the last delivery if your products are split into several deliveries over different days), you may request a return of your new, unused and sellable items in question using either method below. 

Please contact us at sales@stalekspro.co.uk to get Return Authorisation and return address details prior of posting your unwanted items back to us.

Products must be returned with original packaging, protective covers, and boxes. We will only accept products for refund that are returned complete, not damaged, unsoiled and with the original packaging. You must take reasonable care of the products if you wish to return them.

6.4. Please note that new delivery (of an exchange or replacement product) can only occur once we have received your returned products. Where products are exchanged, we will end the original contract, and your payment will be applied to the price of the new product. We will be able to provide the replacement products once we have received payment from you.

6.5. Please note that you may not exchange products you have received due to a prior exchange.

6.6. The terms set out in this clause 7 do not affect your legal rights.

7. IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE PRODUCT

7.1. How to tell us about problems. If you have any questions or complaints about the product, please get in touch with us. You can email sales@stalekspro.co.uk to our Client Service Team.

7.2 Your legal rights. We are legally obliged to supply products that conform to this contract. Nothing in these terms will affect your legal rights.

7.3 Your obligation to return rejected products. If you wish to exercise your legal rights to reject products, you must allow us to collect them from you. We will pay the costs of return postage. Please contact our Client Service Team to get a Returns Authorisation with the return address details.

 

ARE THERE ANY AREAS IN THE UK THAT ORDERS CAN'T BE DELIVERED TO?
Deliveries can take longer in certain areas, such as the Channel Islands, the Highlands and Northern Ireland, or if your order requires additional validation.
