Are You Bournemouth or Poole local?
We try to deliver all orders within our catchment area by our in-house courier the next business day. However, Royal Mail delivery is also used at peak times.
Our ‘Local Delivery’ catchment area covers Sandbanks, Canford Cliffs, Branksome, Westbourne and up to a mile radius from Westbourne, Bournemouth, BH4 8EA.

We are pleased to offer FREE UK* shipping on all orders over £69.
Orders over 99 GBP qualify for free Royal Mail Tracked 24 hours NEXT BUSINESS DAY delivery
*FREE UK delivery including Isle of Wight and The Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney, Sark, Herm)
The business day cut-off time for same-day despatch is 14:00.
Saturday cut-off time for same-day despatch is 11:00.
Sunday we are closed and orders are posted on Monday.
Once your order is confirmed and/ or shipped, we are unable to alter the delivery address or method or any details within your order, such as product, number of products, size, and colour.
We mainly use Royal Mail services for standard home delivery within 2-4 working days, depending on the order size and delivery service used.
ARE THERE ANY AREAS IN THE UK THAT ORDERS CAN'T BE DELIVERED TO?
Deliveries can take longer in certain areas, such as the Channel Islands, the Highlands and Northern Ireland, or if your order requires additional validation.
International Services
The Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney, Sark, Herm) and Isle of Wight qualify for FREE UK DELIVERY on orders over £59.
International delivery flat rate cost is £25.
Tracked international delivery is available to 35 countries.
